FANCY A WORLD TITLE ? It's E A S Y!!! Enter the annual INTERNATIONAL INDIAN CHEF OF THE YEAR COMPETITION. All you need is the ability to cook and your four dish menu for the ideal Indian meal. Send in your application by the November 30th closing date.
You could win the INTERNATIONAL INDIAN CHEF OF YEAR title and £1,000 prize
Applicants must be over 18, but there is no upper age limit. Only entries, in English, on the official form, accompanied by menu details typed double spaced on A4 paper, will be accepted. The competition is open equally to amateur and professional cooks, men and women alike, with no regard to nationality or ethnic origin. The only restriction is that applicants must be able to travel to Edinburgh for the deciding cook-out between eight finalists at Queen Margaret University College.
